1. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver and improve our service:

• —Business information — name, address, phone number, operating hours, social media handles, and photos you or your business have published publicly on Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, GoWabi, or Wongnai.
• —Contact information — name and email address you provide when enquiring about or purchasing our service.
• —Usage data — pages visited, time on page, browser type, and approximate location (country/city) collected automatically via Cloudflare's edge analytics. We do not use cookies for tracking and do not run advertising pixels.
• —Communication records — emails and LINE messages you send us, retained to manage our relationship with you.

2. How We Use Your Data

• —To build, host, and maintain your business website on yellowbook.site.
• —To send you a demo link, invoices, and service updates related to your listing.
• —To improve our scraping and site-generation quality by reviewing generated outputs internally.
• —To comply with legal obligations under Thai law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, use it for advertising profiling, or share it with anyone outside the scope listed in Section 3.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate yellowbook.site:

• —Cloudflare Pages — hosts all websites on our platform. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and traffic metadata to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• —Google Maps — embedded maps on business pages use Google's embed API. Google may collect usage data when a visitor interacts with the map. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• —GoWabi, Wongnai, Facebook, Instagram — we scrape publicly available business information from these platforms to populate your listing. We do not share visitor data with these platforms.
• —Gmail / LINE OA — used by our team to deliver demo links and communicate with clients. Messages are not shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Business information published on your yellowbook.site page is retained for as long as your annual subscription is active. If you do not renew, your page is taken offline within 30 days and all associated data is deleted within 90 days. Contact information and communication records are retained for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, then securely deleted.

5. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• —Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• —Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• —Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• —Objection — object to processing of your data for purposes beyond delivering the service.
• —Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Cookies

yellowbook.site does not set first-party analytics cookies. Your language preference (TH/EN) is stored in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. Cloudflare may set a performance cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management; this is a strictly necessary cookie that cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of yellowbook.site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
