The Story
PAUSA celebrates Mexico's coffee heritage through fair-trade sourcing, precision brewing, and community. Every cup tells the story of farmers from Veracruz, Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Guerrero—the origins that make Mexican coffee exceptional.
