Our Story
At Conejo Blanco Café, we believe a great cup of coffee starts long before the brew. Our single-origin beans come from Oaxaca — sourced from a women's community in the Mixteca and Sierra Sur highlands, where the art of harvest has been passed from generation to generation.
Our kitchen pairs those beans with a menu built on honest, seasonal ingredients: all-day breakfast plates, avocado bagels, smoked salmon, and French-inspired pastries baked fresh every morning. Come alone, bring your dog, stay as long as you like.

What We Serve
Single-origin Oaxacan beans, harvested by a women's collective in the Sierra Sur highlands. Served as espresso, French press, cold brew, or filter — your choice of whole, soy, almond, or oat milk.

From avocado bagels with fried egg and Greek eggs, to smoked salmon plates and classic bacon & cheese. Every dish is plated with care and served until 9 pm — because brunch should never be rushed.
